Same screen, Predictor is the hero
User tapped the 🏀 LAL pill in the Live Stack — the entire hero morphs. Trivia's countdown becomes a game matchup with live score; "Join Trivia" CTA becomes YES/NO pick buttons; categories become Sharp Money + Crowd splits. Same shell, different event.

Design Mechanics · Predictor-focused variant
Pattern validation — same shell as trivia-focused (play-v2): header, Live Stack, social ticker, bar strip, bottom nav — all identical. Only the focused pill and the hero swap.
Pill swap — 🏀 LAL now has the red-gradient focused treatment. 🧠 Trivia and 🎯 Bingo are outlined/muted.
Hero structure for Predictor — eyebrow "LIVE PREDICTOR" (red, pulsing). Game matchup card (team scores + live Q3 8:12 LIVE badge) replaces Trivia's "Round X" title. Natural-language pick question ("Will LeBron score in Q3?") matches production's pick_question format. Timer bar + countdown. YES/NO big pick buttons (green/red) replace the single "Join Trivia" CTA. Sharp $ + Crowd % splits replace trivia's category pill teaser. Risk multiplier row is identical to trivia's (1.5×/2×/3×).
Affiliate proximity — Sharp $ signal is right above the pick buttons, priming the user's instinct that "real money agrees with my read." This is the trust-building scaffold for later sportsbook handoff (at result screen, "put real money on your next call?").
Ticker localizes — while a live game is focused, the ticker switches from "Friends" to "Friends on this game" (Kim's picked YES · 2×). Makes you feel seen/competitive.
Bar perk unchanged — Kincade's 3× remains the opportunistic reminder. Same pattern across all Play-screen states.
Team logos — mockup uses ESPN's public CDN (a.espncdn.com/i/teamlogos/nba/500/{abbr}.png) as a visual placeholder. Production: swap <img src> to the logo URL returned by sportsdata.io's team endpoint (Isaac's backend already integrates).
