Live Stack Pill + Focused Hero
The default state when a user opens the app. Trivia round about to start is the focused hero; the Live Predictor for Lakers and a Bingo game at the user's bar are visible but subordinate. Tap any pill — or swipe the hero — to swap focus.
Design Mechanics
Focused pill (🧠 Trivia) — filled with brand gradient, elevated shadow, brighter timer color.
Background pills (🏀 LAL, 🎯 Bingo) — outlined only, muted text.
Pulse dot on Bingo — newly-started event signal.
Interactions — tap any pill to swap hero focus; swipe left/right on hero = same.
Dynamic hero — the ENTIRE hero block (title, categories/context, countdown, reward chip, CTA text) morphs to match the focused event. CTA reads "Join Trivia" when trivia is focused, "Make Pick" for Predictor, "Open Bingo" for Bingo, "Notify Me" when nothing is live yet.
Urgency — timer <5 sec triggers red flash on that pill.
Never interrupts — new events slide in with a pulse; no modals.
State preservation — swap out, swap back = exactly where you left off.
